b. Condenser : Air Cooled condenser made out of copper pipe & copper fins of
      matching capacity with fancooling.
c. Brine Tank : Brine Tank made out of 16 gauge sheets with wooden frame with
     proper insulation & covering complete with brine agitator of matching capacity.

B. Control Panel :
a. Thermostatic : Flica ( Germany ) expansion valve or Equivalent.
b. Drier, Filter : DANFOSS DM 85 or Equivalent.
c. HP-LP Cutout : Make Ranco of Equivalent.
d. Thermostat : For suction & discharge,

 RAC-002 MINI COLD STORAGE PLANT                                      

A. The unit consists of the following :
a. Compressor : Hermetically sealed Compressor 3 Tone
      Make : Kirloskar - Copeland
b. Condenser : Air cooled condenser made out of copper & fins of matching
      capacity with fan for cooling.
c. Storage Room : 6 Ft x 6 Ft x 6 Ft with double wall insulated. Suitable small
      door for the cold storage.
d. Evaporator : In the form of copper coil fitted inside the storage room.

B. Control Panel :
a. Thermostatic expansion valve : Flica ( Germany ) or Equivalent.
b. Drier, Filter : DANFOSS DM 85 or Equivalent.

Experiment Test Rig ( Refrigeration Cycle ) to conduct experiment to determine the coefficient of performance of the unit.

   duct refrigerant passes through evaporator coils, fixed in the duct. The passing
   air comes in contact with the coils &  gets cooled.

 RAC-010 EVAPORATOR COOLER                                                    

  This unit consists of :
a. Duct : 500 x 500 x 800 mm Duct in which evaporative coil is fitted.
b. Evaporative Coil : Hot water is passed through evaporative coil made of copper.
c. Air Fan with Motor : This suction type air fan is fitted on the top of the duct.
d. Hot water circulating pump : 1/2 HP. 230 V AC cold water circulting pump is
    used to circulate hot water into the evaporative coil.
e. Cold water Circulating pump : 1/2 HP. 230 V AC cold water circulting pump
    is used to circulate cold water which spray on the evaporative coil.

f. Tank : 300 x 300 x 450 mm storage tank one each for hot & cold water.
g. Rotatmeters : One each for hot & cold water flow measurement.
 

RAC-011 EXPERIMENTAL BOTTLE COOLER : ( Capacity 20 Ltr/hr)

d. Evaporator coil : Coiled Tube Heat Exchanger copper coil is murged in water
    tank to extract the heat from water tank. Same can be mentioned by electric
    heater.
e. Electric Heater : For Balancing  refrigeratingeffect produced. 
f. Rotameter : For measuring liquid flow of Refrigerant (Eureka Make ).
g. Refrigerant : Freon - 12.
